At Starlit Moments, the safety of your family and our performers is the upmost importance. Here’s how we safely bring the magic to you, your family, and guests.
Masks
For both indoor and outdoor events, performers will be wearing princess-appropriate masks for the duration of the event, even if everyone at the event is fully vaccinated. Performers will not take off their mask at any point during the event, even for photos.
Performer Safety
All of our performers are vaccinated, yet we always ensure our performers feel comfortable and safe performing for parties and events. As always, our performers reserve the right to leave a party or event with full compensation should they feel their health or safety is at risk.
Party Interactions and Activities
As much as we love hugs, we have instructed our performers to use minimal forms of personal contact as much as possible. Hugs will be allowed but kept to a minimum. We kindly request that you inform your guests of the limited personal contact.
Activities during the character's visit are designed for minimal physical contact. If a performer is attended with a royal attendant, the attendant will handle any props such as story books, music speakers, etc. to avoid any passing of germs between guests.
Government Cancellations
If we need to cancel for any COVID-19 related government changes, the client has the opportunity to wait till we can safely reschedule or cancel entirely.
For cancellations, the non-refundable deposit will be retained and any money paid over this amount will be refunded.
Cleaning and Sanitizing
We always ensure that our costumes and supplies are sanitized between each event, and our performers will always bring hand sanitizer to be used before, after, and in-between events.
