What areas do you service and visit?

We are based in Albuquerque, New Mexico and will travel up to 150 miles for your party or event! Please note that depending on your location, a travel fee may occur.

Can I tip the performer?

Tips are not required nor expected, but they are greatly appreciated! Our performers spend many hours studying their characters, rehearsing, perfecting makeup, and so much more!

How do I book my party?

To book your party, please fill out our booking form or contact one of our Fairy Godmothers. $50.00 deposit is required at the time of booking lock your date and time in place, the rest of the payment is due the day of your event. We accept Square, Venmo, and PayPal for online payments, as well as cash for in-person payments.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 4 - 6 weeks prior to your event date to ensure the characters you would like are available. If you book less than 72 hours in advance, we are subject to charge a “Late Fee” of $75.00.

Can we change an activity for a party?

Of course! All of our party packages are customizable. We can focus on telling stories, or we can play a bunch of games! Whatever your little one would prefer, please let us know of any special requests when you book.

How much room does the performer need?

Our performers are accustomed to doing parties in a variety of spaces. For outdoor parties, we require an area with shade and free of dirt.

Does an adult need to be present during the entire party?

At least one adult must be present to supervise the entertainment, even when a royal assistant has been booked. Our performers are responsible for the flow of the event and activities. The present adult is responsible for monitoring disruptive behavior and attending to any child who does not want to participate.

Can I reschedule my party?

Of course! If you need to reschedule the date or time of your party, please contact as soon as possible so we can accommodate these changes. Scheduling changes must be made at least one week in advance. Please view our policies page regarding cancellations.
