Deposit

A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required for all events, parties, meet-and-greets, and photoshoots. This deposit must be paid via Venmo or Paypal within 48 hours of agreeing to your preferred date and time slots. We do not accept cash or checks for this deposit. Your event date, time, and character are not confirmed until the required contract(s) are completed and the deposit is paid.

Balance

The remaining balance must be paid before the start of your party. We accept Square, Venmo, and PayPal for online payments, as well as cash for in-person payments. Cash must be collected immediately prior to the event. Absolutely NO refunds after the performance has started.

Late Bookings

Any event or party that is booked less than 72 hours in advance is subject to a $75.00 Late Booking fee.

Cancellations

Life happens! If you have to cancel your event, you must do so at least one day prior to your event in order to get a full refund of balance minus the non-refundable deposit. In the event of a same day cancelation, full payment is still required and no refunds will be given.

Photo Release

If your party or event includes a royal attendant or royal photographer add-ons, they may take photos/video footage. Footage of guests may be used for any and all Starlit Moments LLC social media, website, and marketing materials. Starlit Moments LLC has rights to all footage.

Performer Rights

If at any time our performer feels that they are in a hostile, unsafe, hazardous, otherwise unacceptable environment, that performer has the right leave with full compensation from the client. The performer also has the right to refuse to services if the client is negligent, absent, disrespectful, and/or inebriated or under the influence of any foreign substance.

Weather Conditions

We will gladly participate in outdoor parties, weather permitting. Please provide our performers a shaded area that is free of mud and dirt for the event. In the case of inclement weather such as rain, snow, hail, extreme winds, etc. the client will be responsible for arranging an indoor venue, otherwise the event will be rescheduled. If no reschedule date can be agreed upon, the event will be cancelled with the non-refundable deposit being retained. Any payment minus the deposit will be repaid to client.

Substance Use

We do not allow smoking, alcohol, or the use of any substance while our performers are in attendance at an event. Any guest smoking or drinking will be asked by the royal attendant or performer to step outside. Failure to comply will result in the character(s) leaving the party immediately with full compensation from the client.

Pets/Animals

While we at Starlit Moments love our guest’s furry companions, we ask that for the protection of our performers and costumes that pets be leashed away from the party space. If you would like to take photos of your furry friend with our princesses, please ask to ensure it is alright before doing so. Failure to comply will result in the character(s) leaving the party immediately with full compensation from the client.
